Playing Time Terms
Junior Swamp Bat coaches are entrusted to provide opportunities for our athletes to develop and compete. Ultimately, our goal is to develop the athlete throughout the year to put them in a position to be successful during the games. JSB coaches will determine playing time, keeping in mind the balance between development, wins and losses. There is no minimum play time rule.
