Justin Blood (17/18U Baseball) - 2nd year with JSB, also serving as President and Program Director for Baseball. Monadnock Regional HS grad and 2022 HOF inductee. Played 3 years at Franklin Pierce University and was inducted into the schools HOF in 2010. 2011 NE-10 Conference HOF inductee. Pitched in the Cape Cod League in the summer of 2000 and was drafted in the 9th round of the MLB Draft in 2001. Played 3 seasons in the Seattle Mariners organization before returning to FPU to complete degree and begin a career in coaching. 2005 Pitching Coach for the Cape Cod League's YD Red Sox. Pitching Coach, Recruiting Coordinator and Associate Head Coach at the University of Connecticut, 2005-2011. Head Coach at the University of Hartford from 2011-2021. Current Head Coach at Keene State College. Has recruited and coached 66 All-Conference honorees, 9 Major Conference Award winners, 8 All-Americans and 47 drafted or free-agent signed student-athletes.
Tom Cote (10U Baseball) - Previously spent 5 years with JSB from 2015-2019 as the head coach of 11U-18U teams. Managed the 2019 12U EBL team to the Division 1A Championship (49 team league). Head Coach of Monadnock Baseball the last 4 seasons, guiding the team to 3 state championships and a runner up earning D3 coach of the year 2021 and 2022. Played at Franklin Pierce, earned 1st team All Conference and All Region (2007 and 2009). Earned 2nd team Rawlings All American (2009) and FPU Baseball MVP (2009).
Amanda Hinton (14U White Softball) - 1st season with JSB. Head Varsity Softball Coach ConVal HS. 10 years with 7 post season appearances and 1 final 4 trip. Previously coached 12U team for the NH Diamond Devils.
John Luopa (Development Program) - 15 years in the Junior Swamp Bats program. Playing experience: 4 years at Keene State College (D2). Coaching experience: Head Coach 13 yr. old Babe Ruth World Series (Keene NH). Coached two 12 yr. old Cal Ripken teams to NE Regionals. NH High School Coach 8 years at ConVal, Keene and Fall Mt. College Baseball Coach 10 years, KSC. Keene Bulldogs 18U Coach - Triple Crown Championship. Junior Swamp Bats 18U Coach – 3 Tournament Championships. JSB 11U EBL Championship 2016. Achievements/Highlights: Coached over 30 JSB players who played in college (D1, D2, and D3), 2 Time All Conference NECC, Division II Hall of Fame KSC (2000), Hall of Fame Monadnock HS (2023), Owls’ career mark with a .402 batting average and held 11 KSC batting records.
Dan Moylan - (12U Black) - 4 years as a Head Coach, 10+ as catching instructor. Playing experience: 1998-2000 University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill; 1998 Keene Swamp Bats - NECBL; 1998 & 1999 Chatham A’s - Cape Cod Baseball League; 2000-2006 (7 years) St. Louis Cardinals Minor League System – Short Season A – Triple AAA; 2004 Boer-Managua - Winter Ball Nicaraguan Professional Baseball League. Coaching experience: 2007-2012 Keene State College Asst. Coach – Hitting/Catching Coach/Third Base. 2007-2012 Asst. Coach Keene Swamp Bats - Hitting and Pitching Coach. 2014-2016 Manager Keene Swamp Bats. 2013-2021 - Head Coach Keene High School (Varsity). 2007-present Catching Instructor. 2022-Current Youth Coach JSB 11U and 12U. Achievements/Highlights: 1997 - Gatorade NH Player of the Year, Freshman All-American 1998, All ACC 1999-2000, Cape Cod League All-Star 1999, 8th Round MLB Draft pick in 2000 (St. Louis Cardinals), AA All Star (Southern League) in 2004. Personal: Born Keene, NH 4/24/1979, Graduate of Keene State College and Master’s degree from Franklin Pierce in Special Education with emphasis in emotional behavioral disorders. Married to Danielle for 11 years and have 2 children Chloe (10) and Jacob (7). Currently work as a school counselor, as well as a college basketball and college football official.
Brian Royal (12U Purple) - First season with JSB. 4 year Starting varsity pitcher at Springfield college from 2001-2005, awarded NEWMAC Rookie of the year in 2002 and named to the NEWMAC All Conference team in 2002 and 2003. Brian has been coaching baseball at different levels for the past 21 years. Coached the Conant Varsity baseball program from 2008 to 2013 leading them to the schools 2nd baseball state championship. After having 4 kids Brian has been coaching at the lower levels for the past 10 years and has truly enjoyed helping the younger players develop their skills.
Justin Schultz (15U Baseball) - Assistant coach 6 years & 4 years as head coach. 2005 - 2012 Fitchburg State University assistant, 2013 - 2019 Mt. Monadnock Little League President and coach, 2023 Conant Middle/High School assistant coach.
Chris Simonds (16U Softball) - 4th season with JSB. Monadnock Regional High School Baseball Class of 1999. Has been coaching youth girls softball for the past ten years.
